Welcome to Schedulin ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, handle, and protect your personal and non-identifiable information when you use our website at https://schedulin.app (the "Website"). By engaging with the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not consent, please do not use our services.

We employ your information to manage transactions and support social media sharing, including processing purchases, enabling posts, providing confirmations, assisting you, and keeping you informed about your account and activities.

Section C: YouTube API Integration

Schedulin uses YouTube API Services to let you publish to, and manage, YouTube channels that you own and have connected. By using Schedulin to interact with YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

C.1 YouTube data we access and store

When you connect a YouTube channel through Google sign-in, you grant Schedulin access to it. We access only the data we need to provide the features you use:

• OAuth access and refresh tokens, stored encrypted, so we can act on your channel when you ask us to.
• Basic channel information (channel ID, name, handle, and profile image) to show which channel is connected.
• Videos you publish through Schedulin: the video ID, URL, and the title, description, tags, and settings you chose.
• Statistics for your channel and for the videos you published through Schedulin (such as views, likes, comment counts, and subscriber counts), shown in your analytics dashboard.
• Comments on your videos (comment text, author display name, and author profile image), shown in your Schedulin inbox so you can read and reply to them.

C.2 How we use YouTube data

We use YouTube data only to provide Schedulin's features to you and your team: uploading and scheduling your videos, showing your analytics, and letting you read and reply to comments on your videos. We act on your channel only when you ask us to or at a time you scheduled. We do not sell YouTube data, use it for advertising, or use it to build profiles of YouTube viewers.

C.3 Sharing of YouTube data

We do not share YouTube data with third parties, except with service providers that host and process data on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting and database providers). If you ask Schedulin to suggest a reply to a comment, the text of that comment is sent to our AI provider only to generate the suggestion.

C.4 Revoking access and deleting YouTube data

You can disconnect your YouTube channel at any time from your Schedulin settings. When you do, we delete the stored access and refresh tokens and stop accessing YouTube on your behalf. You can also revoke Schedulin's access through your Google security settings at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

To delete the YouTube data we have stored (including videos, statistics, and comments), permanently remove the channel from Schedulin, or email troy@schedulin.app. We will delete it within 7 days of your request.

C.5 Cookies and similar technologies

Schedulin and our product analytics provider use cookies and similar technologies on our website and app, as described in Section A.2. We do not serve advertising and do not allow third parties to serve ads on Schedulin.

Section D: Google Privacy Practices

Because we use YouTube API Services, your data is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy. For more information on how Google collects and processes data, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Section E: Information Sharing

We do not share your personal data with any other parties except as required for order processing and social media posting functionality. This may include sharing necessary data with the social media platforms you choose to post to, including YouTube through the YouTube API Services.

Section F: Children’s Information

Schedulin is designed for adults, and we do not collect data from minors.

Section G: Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When your data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

When you disconnect a social account, we delete its stored access credentials immediately. When you permanently remove a social account or delete your Schedulin account, we delete the posts, statistics, and comments associated with it. You can also email us to request deletion of your data at any time. For YouTube data specifically, see Section C.4.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we’ll notify you of changes via email.
