Faceless video
A faceless video is a short or long-form video that communicates a message without showing the creator on camera, typically combining stock or AI visuals, captions, and a voiceover.
Faceless videos dominate platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts because they are fast to produce, easy to outsource, and don't depend on a single on-camera personality. Common production stacks include a script (often AI-assisted), a TTS voice, b-roll footage, and burned-in captions. The format works well for educational, motivational, listicle, and storytelling content.
